Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
As an Enrolled Nurse (EN) with R2S Agency, you play a crucial role in patient care, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and other healthcare managers. Your responsibilities include assisting with care coordination, care planning, medication administration, and supporting Personal Care Attendants. You are the carer, advocate, confidante, and counsellor for your patients, embodying a multifaceted role that is both challenging and rewarding.
